As the title says I’ve been busy over the last 3 months yes it’s been that long scenes my last post which is pitiful I know but I will try and fill in the gap with a blog entry with reading, where do I start………….
where did I leave it last time is the question cobra seats that’s it well I got the foams sorted and got the seats all sewn up and finished up and back to the customer who was very happy with the finished seats.
After that I did the other half of the mk1 transit seats for a customer was just a quick clean up and bolster repair but I still went to town cleaning up and re-greasing all the runners and reclining mechanisms on the seat so it was like new when it went back to the customer.
As soon as I finished that I was straight on to an order to plaswed print a company that produces the trim brochures for jaguar Landover it was a repetitive job sewing rows of stitches along a perforated pre-cut leather rectangle but was a nice job to fill in a tiny gap.
Once that order was completed I was then on to a 1993 Range Rover LSE a full retrim in cream leather and beige carpets I will put pictures up soon as its nearly finished just the carpets left to do for the job to be completed.
Next is a job for fisher resto a Daimler Hurst front bench seat and carpet rockers.
I will do my best to keep the blog more frequent seen you soon.
