Custom Honda seat

A customer contacted me to see if I could help him out with his Honda seat.

He explained that he did a lot of long distance riding in Europe and all over the UK, being on the bike for such long periods of time he was finding the seat to high and to wide.

I asked him to pop in and have a chat and that’s exactly what he did when he arrived and took me through it all I booked him in the next week for a full custom seat.

With the materials in shop I set to work re-shaping the seat foam and putting in a gel pad the customer had also asked for a slightly more grippe material where he sat and for the passenger which was no problem, with the design agreed the materials were cut out, sewn up and put on.
