Despatch
Standard orders are normally despatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Carriers
All orders are sent by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

EUROPE DELIVERY CHARGES
Deliveries to Europe are charged at £12 per order as they incur an additional charge from our carrier.
We send these orders by Airmail with the UK's Royal Mail AirSure service.
Parcels usually take 3 days to Western Europe and 4 days to Eastern Europe.
We regret we cannot extend our free delivery offer to customers in Europe

USA AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES
Deliveries to the rest of the world are charged at £20 per order
We send these orders by Airmail using the UK's Royal Mail AirSure service
Parcels usually take 5-7 days to arrive at delivery addresses outside Europe
We regret we cannot extend our free delivery offer to customers in the rest of the world

FAQ's

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

All of our deliveries will need to be signed for. If you think you might be out, you can add alternative delivery instructions (such as a safe place to leave your parcel) when you place your order.

If you're out when we try to deliver, Royal Mail will take your parcel to the local sorting office. Royal Mail will leave a card at your address explaining what to do next if your order requires a signature.

What happens if my order is not in stock?

Should your item not be in stock we will email or phone you to let you know. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part-delivery or cancel the order. If on backorder please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery. Backordered items are charged at the time we process your main order. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail as these are out of our control.

What happens if I want to return something?

If you don't like something, if its damaged or its not how you thought it would be...don't worry! We want everyone who shops at Stitch Perfect to be happy with their purchases.

Please do call and let us know there is a problem so that we can arrange a freepost return for you - and if if appropriate, send a replacement.

You can return the item/s in their original packaging and condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office.
